Content Writer
A Content Writer Intern assists in creating, editing, and publishing engaging written content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing while working closely with a content or marketing team.Responsibilities
Research industry
related topics to create original content
Write blog posts, articles, website copy, and social media content
Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy
Assist in developing content calendars and strategies
Optimize content using basic SEO principles (keywords, meta descriptions, etc.)
Collaborate with designers and marketers to produce cohesive content
Update existing content to improve quality and performance
Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, WordPress, or similar platforms
Good research and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
A portfolio of writing samples (optional but highly recommended)
